![]() When my first miniatureschnauzer came to our home August 8, 1986 my hobbies and everything else changed forever. This wonderful puppy was called "Bonn." He arrived by train late friday night and in the excitment to finally have a dog I forgot to let him do his things, ending up with a big wet spot on our carpet at home. The breeders Ingebjørg and Helge Meinich-Bache Kennel Ing-sta's will always be those that made me love this breed so much as I do "Bonn" was not supposed to be a showdog, but that changed at the first show we attended to. Since that weekend we traveled around to nowhere and anywhere - Even managed to bring him as checked inn dog in a stealcrate on a flight, something that is strictly un-legael When I moved to Oslo, I got the opportunity to buy the beautiful "Lita" of Britt and Thore Holme, Kennel Brittuvan. She was a modest but a wonderful dog and trought her my upcomming breeding should start. - Un or maybe fortunally that didn't happend - speaking from a more experienced mind today. Troughtout these dogs I learned the breed from the bottom and during the 90's the 3 of us traveled around on shows in Norway and Sweden. Both of them was together with me all the time. Even when I went out a night - They laid on my jacked waiting for me.... There was never any problems with them - They stayed with me
Unfortunally what plans made is not always plans done. Neither was"Madammen" ment to breed on, and the hunt was on again. This time I looked to England and together with Pauline I finally found "Kate" She came to us in 1999 and in 2000 our first litter of miniatureschnauzers that should become Kennel Greypix was born. The parents was offcourse "Nick" and "Kate"
The rest is history, and our breeding is among the leading Kennels in Scandinavia. This makes us proud and all of our dogs is out of our foundations Unique V D Havenstad and Arbeybuffel's Missed me bye. Kent Olsen / Bård Snevoll |
